Chassis
Zytek chassis have won races on three continents and taken
championships on two.
The Vehicle Technology Division was added to Zytek’s portfolio in 2002.
Two years later a Zytek 04S fitted with a Zytek engine, electronics and
gearshift qualified third at the Le Mans 24-Hours. This success was
followed up in 2005 when the 04S proved the car to beat, taking victories
in America and Europe before being sold in Japan, where it continued its
winning run taking the Japanese Le Mans Challenge Championship.
Zytek sportscars have continued to add to this early success, qualifying on
LMP2 pole and finishing second in class in the 2007 Le Mans 24 Hours and
winning the 2009 LMP2 Le Mans Series Championship.
This pedigree enables Zytek to offer chassis design and manufacture for
both one make series and competitive motorsport. Zytek has considerable
experience in single seater, DTM and sportscar design.
