Sacha Potter

Race Engineer

Sacha began working for Zytek in 1992 as a Sub-Assemblies Engineer building cylinder heads, pumps and other ancillaries for KV and Mugen F3000 engines. Towards the end of 1995 he was promoted to Engine Builder for F3000 engines. After Zytek won the contract for the “one make” F3000 Championship he was promoted to the Race Support Team, responsible for all mechanical engine issues. When Zytek won the A1GP contract, Sacha was responsible for setting up and running the Production Sub-Assemblies Department. Sacha spent the next three years as Senior A1GP Track Support Engineer responsible for engine data.  In 2007 Sacha was promoted to the Sporstcar project.
